These are innovative construction methods that save a tremendous amount of time and provide a high quality finished result in countries where this may be very difficult to achieve. The exterior finish can be factory applied on the wall panels. Or, we can save money by sending in the wall panels with the finish to be applied in the field. It is a very fast and clean way to build. This would appeal to architects and developers in Caribbean countries where the availability of skilled labor is a problem and they are willing to pay the premium for a high quality and fast result. |

The photos provided for you are a tilt-up system that uses light gage metal framing as the structure. We provide either load bearing wall systems, or curtain wall systems that are supported by a structural steel frame. Curtain walls can be used for large multi-story buildings with structural steel frames. Load bearing wall systems are used on one or two story buildings where the wall panels are the primary framing system. KORTECK is a panelized tilt-up building system that
enables quick installation without heavy equipment. It is one of
Butler’s products. An additional benefit is the high insulation values
provided by the foam core. It has Miami-Dade county product approval for
use in high velocity wind zones. The photos below show its use as the
wall system for a pre-engineered metal building system. Window and door
openings can be pre-cut in the factory or cut on site. Stucco, EIFS or
other finishes can be applied directly to the exterior foam. Drywall can
be attached directly to the interior foam. |
