We repair most metal structures

This is a Genset Building at PPC in Providenciales we repaired in late 2005 and early 2006. the photo on the left shows the damage and the photo on the right and bottom shows how it was repaird. The building had perforated aluminum liner panels with acoustic insulation that acted as a sound attenuation system.

The before photo is the original structure, built in 1984. The damage was caused by Hurricane Ivan (cat 5 for 36 hours of hurricane force winds, 8’-0 storm surge). It hit Grand Cayman on September 11, 2004.

The after photo is the repair work and the additions to the front and back that had been completed. Most of the building was okay. We replaced the roof panels, replaced some purlins, added some purlins, removed the canopy in front and replaced the damaged wall shown on the first two photos. It turned out great. When we originally built  the building, it was for Coconut Car Rental. Then the owners got the Nissan dealership and it became Horizon Autos. Then they started the parts business and formed Automotive Arts.

where we went in and put a new metal roof, including insulation, directly over an exiting deteriorated metal roof. 

This is a repair to a roof that
had hurricane damage.
