Tru-Rel  

This is an office / warehouse building in the Cayman Islands. It is a pre-engineered metal building that has some very nice architectural features.

Cayman Islands TV Station

This is a pre-engineered building. CSS worked with the General Contractor to produce the look of a conventionally built building.

New Providence Community Church, Nassau, Bahamas

This is a pre-engineered metal building with standing seam roof. The building was built to the very rigid Bahamas Building Code. It also includes a mezzanine and a third floor, done in open web steel joists and metal deck which we also supplied.
 

Mike’s Ice

This is a pre-engineered metal building, very industrial, very utilitarian.  It was completed with a screwed down roof system.

Foster’s Grocery

This is a pre-engineered metal building with architectural façade on the front.
