Larry Wechsler and Art Applegate are proud to announce the formation of CARIBBEAN STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS, INC. Art and Larry represent more than 50 years of combined experience in bringing innovative construction techniques to the Caribbean. Together, they have completed hundreds of projects in every single country in the Caribbean Basin.

Art Applegate, P.E. is a registered structural engineer in Florida and a licensed general contractor. He has been in business with APPLEGATE, INC. for over 25 years. He is the BUTLER BUILDING Representative in Broward County, Florida. Art has designed and supplied numerous high profile pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel systems in Florida and in many Caribbean countries.

Larry Wechsler started PANATEC, a supplier of pre-engineered metal buildings, roof systems and other innovative construction systems in 2000. More recently, Larry has developed a lightweight, pre-fabricated tilt-wall building with the exterior finish factory applied. PANATEC is currently supplying this building to the major oil companies in the Caribbean and Latin America. Since the early 1980's, Larry has supplied and erected several hundred projects in every country in the Caribbean Basin.

The new company will concentrate on the design and fabrication of innovative structural systems that are designed to reduce cost and time of construction, including:
